Katherine Johnson, presence & personal brand consultant and Bronia Hill, career progression adviser, will discuss how to deliver visual and spoken narratives that are true to self, empowering and impactful. You’ll come away with ideas on how to tell your story in a way that’s authentic, enabling you to connect more readily with others.

This 90-minute session will cover:
  • Different forms your narrative can take
  • Understanding the three pillars of presence
  • Self-sabotage and the different ways your visual presence could be making it harder for people to hear you
  • Strengthening your visual story
  • Developing a personal introduction/positioning statement for any occasion
  • Personal positioning as a key to connectedness and effective networking

Katherine Johnson

Through workshops and individual instruction, Katherine’s unique methodology gives people the tools to unlock opportunities more fluently and use their non-verbal presence to show they have what it takes. Leaders increase self-awareness (a key and frequently overlooked leadership skill) and show up with an aligned presence for greater confidence, connection, and effectiveness. Earning her undergraduate degree from Princeton University, she combines tenures in the private sector and education with an expertise in elite performance and mindset as a ten-time national squash champion and US Olympic Committee Athlete of the Year.
